Non refundable

 

We have a NO return policy, which means that after receiving your item you cannot request a return. The reason for this strict policy is that the product you order is made on demand just for you. 

We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of our products, including composition and colors. The color you see will depend on your computer system, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.

An item’s measurements given are only approximate values to give you a better understanding of the model or fit of that specific item, and not a definite guarantee of the actual measurements of the item you receive. The final measurements of an item may vary depending on the material used in its production. Please make sure you order the correct size using the guidelines of each product and by carefylly taking your measurements before placing your order.

Damages and issues

We quality check every product before shipping. Please be aware that all our products are artisanal and handmade, it will not have the perfection of an industrial product. Drawings and paintings are hand-made, cuts, hemming, and sewing are hand made and therefore there will be potential imperfections which are part of our product vision.

In the rare case of an important flow that prevents you from enjoying your beautiful product, please contact at  lathenienne@gmail.com and we will support you accordingly.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please react within 7 days of the reception of your products in order to be eligeable for a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at lathenienne@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Please make sure you follow the care instructions of your product. We do not take any responsibility for damaged goods due to wrongful handling.

 

 

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We operate the site in Euros and therefore we are not responsible for currency fluctuations that occur when issuing refunds to a credit or debit card denominated in a currency other than Euros. We will not refund any bank charges.
You can pay for your goods as set out on our site.

We are not responsible for indirect losses which are a side effect of the main loss or damage, for example loss of profits or loss of opportunity; or for failure to deliver the goods or to meet any of our other obligations under these Terms where such failure is due to an event that is beyond our reasonable control, which includes but is not limited to fire, flood, storm, riot, civil disturbance, war, nuclear accident and terrorist activity.

Our maximum liability to you for any loss or damage arising in connection with your order on lathenienne.com shall be limited to the total price of your order.
