Chryselephantine Artemis Unisex organic cotton t-shirt

Created with 100% organic ring-spun cotton, this unisex t-shirt takes inspiration from the ancient Greek tradition of Chryselephantine art. Using delicate ivory carvings as flesh and gold sheeting for clothing, armor, hair and more- each piece was a stunning display of wealth and cultural achievement. Details such as eyes, jewelry, and weaponry were made with glass paste, glass, and precious and semi-precious stones. Unfortunately, most chryselephantine sculptures were destroyed during antiquity and the Middle Ages, leaving only fragments like the 6th c. BCE burning statues of possibly Artemis found at Delphi which has inspired the artwork on this T-shirt.
